This work started from a really personal place. When I experienced mastitis myself, low-level laser therapy was what finally turned things around for me. That experience stuck with me — and is a big part of why I now offer this support to other mums.
I still work hospital shifts as an RN, and around those shifts I run Halotherapy. Whether it's a breastfeeding mum with a blocked duct, someone recovering from surgery, or a stubborn injury that won't settle — I bring clinical care into a calm, private space.
