Payment
- Invoices sent via Cliniko after each appointment
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the invoice link
- Tap-to-Pay (Tyro) accepted in person
- Receipts provided for private health fund reimbursement claims
- Note: LLLT and Therapeutic Ultrasound by an RN are not currently Medicare-claimable. Some private health funds reimburse under "extras" cover — check with your fund.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations or reschedules with at least 24 hours' notice are free. Late cancellations may attract a fee — we'll always confirm in advance. Mobile no-shows incur a higher fee given the travel commitment.
